RJ Lander is a full service general contracting business incorporated in Texas in 1992 founded by Bob Lander. In doing so, Bob created a new model of construction contractor practice that prioritizes partnerships over profits. Our long-term staff and crew bring years of experience to bear in interior commercial and retail building. We have the experience and commitment to deliver high-end renovations and additions. Long term partnership success is a priority with project managers, superintendents, and staff, and because of this company value, many of our employees have been with Bob for over 25 years.

Our Process

Projects are structured in partnership with the client. A company principal will serve as the project manager and primary client contact. A working supervisor or foreman is on the job from start to finish and is responsible for the execution of the contract. Clients are engaged through-out the project, at the intensity level they choose. Subcontractors are selected though a combination of long-term relationships and a competitive bid process. Our success in projects is built upon ethical action, experience, craftsmanship and appropriate supervision.
